- ABOUT US -
Cricket's Garden has provided fresh eggs, produce, and home-baked goods to Central Iowa since 1990. Located in Guthrie County, our gardens produce food for local delivery, pickup, and sale at the Downtown Des Moines Farmers' Market. With over 30 years of farmer's market experience, Leora Laughery manages the daily operation of Cricket's Garden.
- How Our Online Ordering Works -
Place an order and choose whether to pay now or pay upon pickup. List one of the following options in the notes of your order or contact us to confirm your pickup location. Please allow 2-5 days for us to prepare your order.
Guthrie County Pickup: Once we send confirmation that your order is ready you may pick it up at 1328 Hwy 44, Guthrie Center, 50115 on MWF from 5 pm - 6 pm and Sundays from 3 - 6 pm. Please call 641-757-0335 upon arrival.
Drake Pickup: Once we send confirmation that your order is ready you may pick it up at 3201 Forest Ave Building 2 #206, Des Moines IA, 50311 any day between Noon and 6 pm. Please text or call 641-757-2386 upon arrival.
Alternative Pickup or Delivery: Please make a note during or after placing an order (please contact us by email at cricketsgarden@yahoo.com). Delivery is available for Guthrie County Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5 pm - 8 pm.
Once the regular Downtown DSM Farmers' Market resumes, orders will be available for pickup at our usual vendor stall location on the South Side of Court Ave. Just East of 3rd St.
